Quote requests

When you request a quote, we use the contact information and job details you provide to respond, estimate the work and arrange a pickup. Please avoid sending sensitive information such as payment card details through this form.

Our website uses temporary, one-way network address hashes to limit automated form abuse. These hashes are removed after about a day when the form is next used. Delivery receipts contain a random request ID and delivery state, are kept for up to seven days until the next request, and do not contain your message or contact details.

FormSubmit processes the website form and delivers the request to our Gmail inbox. See FormSubmit’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy for their handling of information. Emails addressed to quotes@ndwhauling.com are forwarded by Porkbun to our Gmail inbox. If you choose a text or email link, your own messaging or email service sends the message.

Website activity

We count page loads, contact-link clicks and successfully submitted requests by day. These counters do not store your name, contact details, IP address, device identifier or browsing history. They do not use analytics cookies. Repeated visits and clicks can be counted more than once. We skip these counters when your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control preference.

Our hosting and form providers may process technical request information to deliver and protect their services. Our fonts load from Google Fonts.
